We Buy Closeout Merchandise
A line ends, a program is not renewed, a season closes. The merchandise is still good; it just no longer has a home in your channel. That is what we buy, every day.
- Firm cash offer in about 48 hours
- We arrange and pay for the freight
- Direct buyer — we take title, we are not a broker
- Never listed publicly. Brand-safe placement.

What this usually looks like
Closeouts are the core of what Skyline Dealz does. We buy discontinued lines, end-of-season goods, canceled programs, and packaging changeovers outright, take possession, and place them through secondary-market channels that will not collide with your primary business. One transaction, one payment, and the pallets are gone.
How companies end up here
- A line is being discontinued or replaced by a new version
- Packaging, branding, or formulation changed and the old stock is stranded
- A retail program ended and the remaining units have no channel
- A season closed and carrying it another year costs more than it recovers
- A licensing agreement expired on branded goods
- Discontinued and end-of-life SKUs
- Prior-season and carryover merchandise
- Old-packaging and pre-rebrand inventory
- Canceled retail program stock
- Licensed goods with expiring rights, where terms permit resale
How we price closeouts
Closeouts price on how sellable the goods still are, not on how you booked them. Current-adjacent product in retail packaging does well. Product that is several generations old, heavily branded to a dated campaign, or missing packaging recovers less. Quantity and location matter too, because freight comes out of the same number.

Closeouts — FAQ
What is the difference between a closeout and overstock?
Overstock is simply too much of something that is still current. A closeout is merchandise that has reached the end of its life in your channel, whether through discontinuation, a packaging change, or a season ending. We buy both, and closeouts are the category we were built around.
The packaging has our old branding on it. Is that a problem?
Not for us, and it is one of the more common situations we see. If you need the old branding kept out of certain channels, or removed entirely before resale, we can handle that as a condition of the sale. Say so before we finalize and it becomes part of the agreement.
Can you take an entire discontinued line at once?
Yes, and that is usually the cleanest way to do it. Taking the whole line in one transaction means one price, one pickup, one payment, and no residual stragglers you have to deal with three months later.
Do you buy licensed merchandise?
We do, provided the licensing terms permit secondary-market resale. Send us the details of any restrictions along with the inventory list and we will structure the deal around them.
Other situations we buy out of
Send us the details and we will send you a number.
