You are holding it. We will buy it.

3PLs, prep centers, and freight forwarders end up storing inventory nobody is paying for. We buy it outright, clear the racks, and take the aging liability off your floor.

  • We collect from where the goods already sit
  • We buy from overseas clients too — no US entity needed
  • Multi-site inventory consolidated into one transaction
  • We will not take goods where authority is unsettled

Thanks. We will come back to you shortly to talk through how a referral arrangement would work for your sites.

The problem you actually have

A client stops paying, or stops answering, and their pallets stay. The invoice goes unpaid, the rack position cannot be sold to anyone else, and the handling costs continue. The opportunity cost of the space is usually larger than the unpaid storage, and it is the part that rarely gets counted.

How it works

Two ways to run it

Whichever suits your relationship with the client.

  • Introduce us. We handle valuation and the transaction with your client directly. You stay out of the middle and still get the space back.
  • Sell it yourself, where you have established disposition authority under your agreement and applicable lien statutes. We buy the lot outright and collect.

What we take
  • Abandoned and non-paying client inventory
  • Aged stock a client cannot sell through
  • Overflow and long-term-storage accounts
  • Mixed condition, mixed SKU, no manifest needed
  • Whole-facility clearouts on a deadline
Before anything moves

Authority comes first

Your right to dispose of a client's goods depends on your warehouse agreement, on applicable lien statutes, and on the notice procedures those require. It varies by state and by contract, and getting it wrong exposes you to a claim from a client who resurfaces later. Settle it with counsel before you sell, and follow the notice requirements precisely. We would rather wait for that than put you in a bad position.

FAQ

Partner FAQ

What is in this for us?

Racks back, storage exposure cleared, and a resolution you can offer a client instead of an ultimatum. Where a referral arrangement makes sense commercially we will discuss it directly, but the immediate value for most providers is the space and the removal of an aging liability.

Do you need our client's permission?

That depends entirely on your agreement with them and on applicable warehouse lien statutes, which vary by state. Where the goods are abandoned, disposition authority and notice requirements are yours to establish with counsel. We will not take goods where authority has not been settled, and any buyer who tells you it does not matter is telling you something important about how they operate.

Can you deal with our client directly instead?

Yes, and often that is cleaner. Introduce us and we will handle the valuation and transaction with them, which keeps you out of the middle while still clearing the space. That is the arrangement most providers prefer.

What about clients who are overseas?

That is a large part of why this page exists. We buy from companies registered anywhere, pay in USD to their own account, and need no US entity on their side. For a provider holding stock for cross-border sellers, that removes the objection that usually stalls these conversations.

Do you take goods from multiple sites?

Yes. Multi-site inventory is consolidated into a single transaction with one price and one payment, and removals are sequenced around your priorities rather than ours.

How quickly can you move?

An offer normally comes back within about 48 hours of getting a description, and collection follows once terms and release are agreed. Release authorization is usually the step that determines the timeline.
