Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and move through this site, which pages are useful, and which pages lead to an inquiry. It sets first-party cookies and reports a truncated IP address; Google does not use this data to identify you personally. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, we do not run third-party ad networks, and we do not use analytics data for advertising or remarketing. Our forms submit directly to our own mail handler.
If you would rather not be measured at all, Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or tracking-protection setting. Blocking analytics does not affect any part of this site.
Third-party services
We keep outside services to a minimum. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and analytics is provided by Google Analytics; both may receive your IP address as part of providing those services; see Google's privacy policy for details. Our web hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf. We may share your details with logistics or payment partners only as needed to complete a transaction you have started with us.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only: (1) with service providers who help us complete a transaction; (2) when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights; or (3) with your consent.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and transaction records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize them.
